Leading High Functioning Teams

Leadership Training

Every leader wants a team with high levels of trust, conscious accountably, and open communication, but getting there isn’t always easy. In this course, leaders will learn about the characteristics of high-functioning teams and will be introduced to practical skills to enhance teamwork on their own teams. Participants will learn how to evaluate whether their own behaviors are reinforcing or undermining team cohesion and, through a self-assessment, will identify areas of strength and areas of opportunity for leading a cohesive team. By exploring the "five dysfunctions of a team" by Patrick Lencioni, participants will become aware of the common hurdles that teams face and will learn actionable steps they can take to overcome them. The course also includes interactive activities and discussions that allow managers to share ideas, challenges, and success stories.
